Alright...I FINALLY got over the 185 hump!!!!
83.7 kg Lost so far: 7.0 kg.    Still to go: 2.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Very cool. I am hoping that I can crest the 200 pound hump this week as well. Keep it up and sometime here in the next year I will see you at the 170's.
