We are back from camping and had a great week. Yes, there was too much eating!! I ate and enjoyed myself and gained a few pounds in the belly for it. I will go ahead and record my gain but will be recording a loss maybe even as soon as tomorrow! The good news is I have been pretty careful since getting back on Friday night and am back on track. I have had some good exercising too which includes: Sat: Ran 4.6 miles outside, 46 min Sun: Bike 3.5 miles, ran 1.5 Mon: Weights 25 min, elliptical 35 min and I will be biking tonight too.
So, all is good! I was very encouraged to have run the 4.6 on Sat even though I was not in the mood to run and had to deal with an overly jiggly belly which doesn't help! We thought we were running 5 miles but I redrove the distance and we were shy of it. I am going to now work on increasing my distance. I think I can increase it pretty easily from here it feels like.
