Feeling crappy today. Over 100 degrees today and that is without the heat index. The whole diet thing seems to be going at a snail's pace. I thought with atkins you could lose a lot during induction. It's probably cause I am going over the alotted 20 carbs so I guess I am not really doing atkins but more of a low carb diet. It still sucks to have 20 extra pounds of fat still hanging off of me. UGH..................
