Hang in there Sunshine! In my case, I HONESTLY write everything that goes in my mouth and this keeps me in line. My exercise is also recorded and keeping track of all on this site is sooooo helpful. Don't give up -- my goal was to lose 30 pounds and I've surpassed that by 15 and have maintained now for a couple of years. It's not easy as you are in control and many "outside sources" try to lead you astray! You can do it, just don't expect so much so soon. It took time to put the weight on and that was the easy part!!
