I am not sure what is going on, however, I am losing the weight rapidly..I am sure that most of what I have lost is water weight,and I don't expect this to keep going this quickly. I do drink a lot of water and am learning to add more calories. As you can see from my food chart, my calories each day are going up..

That is great!! It says you followed diet (reasonably). Follow it to the tee and you will see it disappear faster still!! Do you have the new book? The New Atkin For A New You. (NANY) I have not looked at your food diary. I got my kcals up to 1,800 and fat around 150 to 170g. Protein around 80g. Have you tried the coconut oil? It helps get the healthy fat up high. I started with 3 tab. a day. I'm up to 5 or 6 tab. a day. Be sure you have your sugar on you count, I think it also helps a lot to make sure u don't eat veggies that aren't right for you. Thank you.. I do have the book, on my nook, however I am going to go and get a hard copy..I have not tried coconut oil..I am adding that to my list of things to buy at the store..
