I only remembered to take a photo when I already eaten 1/4 of it, lol
I expected this meal to be more calory dense (maybe it is, I dont have kitchen scale) BUT, I am here, tracking what I eat, so thats my little win for the day :)

To be fair, I enjoy the exercise part. Today I did stair climbing, static bike, and stretching.

I went for a long walk this morning, and even though I didn’t feel like it, I just come off my elliptical. And I feel better for it x

@Anne_145 to be honest I find cardio dreadful, so what you do, mix and match, sounds like a good idea💡

@schmetterlinge34 well done :) yeah, I should get one but last time after reading a million reviews couldn't make my mind up and ended up not buying it .. it's not me, it's my ADHD brain 😂

@Dagher113 I love this one, I bet it felt amazing ☺️ at the moment I'm happy if I enter the gym once a week, tracking my progres is not anywhere near on my list for now 😂 I am really struggling to establish routine and to stick with it.. thinking of finding a personal trainer, at least for a month or two, that way I would have to go.. 🤔

Actually, after 15 years of training, right know gym is part of my life. It’s something I can’t live without 😂. If you would let me I can help you to establish the correct diet and training for you. I think you can achieve your goals during 3 months if you take it seriously 😊

@dagher113 thanks, it's great to have someone to give you a hand! To be honest with you, I don't want to go too strong because I know I'll burn out and give up. This time I'm aiming for something more sustainable if possible. What would be your recommendation for my macronutrients? Obviously my main goal is to lose weight, but I would opt for weight lifting in the gym, rather than cardio so not sure how much carbs, how much protein...

There are three basics of losing weight 1- Health comes first “mental & physical” 2- it is about changing the lifestyle and bad habits 3- Good diet should last forever so it should be easy and not cause any hunger. This is what I try to teach all my trainees. Before telling you about Macros I need to get some knowledge about you 😊. 1- your hight 2- Desire weight 3- any health condition 4- any health condition in your family “diabetes, 5- Are you a high or moderately active person? kidney issues, blood pressure,.etc. I can promise that you will never burn out and motivation will never end 😂 I only offer that because you said maybe you need a personal trainer but it doesn't mean that I will cost you anything. However, if you want this hand or do not I will be happy to help in any other way 😊
