So I'm back on the wagon...but this time I'm ready to do it for me...its time to take care of me!! I've put myself on the back burner for far to long and its time I get back on track. I'm so tired of being tired and my knees hurting and not being able to get around...I'm tired of feeling crummy. This is going to be a lifestyle change not a diet because that is what is wrong...its my lifestyle and if I can make some simple easy changes then I know when it comes time for the difficult ones it will be a little easier. I've been doing really well all week long and even when my husband and I went out for lunch I stayed on track and had a delicious grilled chicken salad...so much better than the fried sweet potatoe fries and greasy burger I would have normally chose. Step by step and I will conquer me..because I can do anything and only I can do it for myself. I AM WORTHY, I AM SPECIAL, I AM LOVED, I AM BEAUTIFUL!!
