💯 Oatmeal has been a game changer for me. Both in terms of breakfast and snacks. One of my favourite is 1/3 cup of oatmeal with a tablespoon of peanut butter and half a banana. I just can’t even. 🤤

I love oatmeal a two or three times a week too! Mine is hot (with blueberries cooked right in,) and a bit of brown sugar and half and half. Dessert for breakfast! 😊
