@cigulgul bodyweight training aja kak. Squat, pushup, crunches, dll yg basic2 aja masing2 1 menit. tiap hari 15-30menit. Kalo dirasa terlalu cape boleh rest 1 atau 2 hari gak workout. Gak maksain bgt.
