It’s been a great week. Can’t believe I’m a week into this app and really logging my food. It’s been enlightening, that’s for sure. So proud of myself for going out to Chinese buffet twice… only getting veggies and a little bit of shrimp and non breaded chicken. Thankful for this app and everyone’s stories. Still learning about this posting and journaling thing. Little unsure what to put 🤷🏼♀️
