See a doctor to help you manage your symptoms and try to see a dietician. Don't mess with your health, sis. Good luck

See a doctor. Pre-diabetic means you are insulin resistant, which causes weight gain and cravings. I personally know a few people with it and they have lost bad cravings, although they still have to eat healthy, and a bunch of weight after starting the pills. You might feel demotivated of you start dieting without treatment, as you're weight-loss will be slow. I am also anemic. Go get yourself some 100% iron supplements ASP. Iron levels rise very slowly, so use it for at least 6 months. Also, eat more protein. Also helps. Cheaper options include tuna and eggs, but the best thing is chicken. Adjust SLOWLY... Make it a lifestyle not a goal.

Low carb with natural foods, or Carnivore is my best advice for health. Best of luck on your journey to health 🤗

I'm the same. I had some blood work done and a dietitian helped me. Don't follow fad diets. You might need certain supplements. Start with your Doc 🪷

I agree with seeing a dietitian. from my own personal point of view. I recommend you read 'how not to die.' by Dr Gregor. he works with sick people and advices what to eat based on the sickness, but I would not follow anyone without discussing it with a doctor or dietitian, having said that. Dr Gregor has helped heal many people with diabetes so he is Worth having a look at.
