Cooked shredded salmon, sautéed chayote, and salted duck eggs.

I started to notice for the past almost 3 weeks I eat fish for at least 2-3/week the skin on my face starts to glow and looks so elastic. Collagen from marine animals is real, in deed! 🥰❤️
