Did pretty good today calorie-wise. I'm back on my routine. I'm splurging a little on my fish. I'm having swai stuffed with crabmeat done on the grill. I'm also going to try to do my asparagus on the grill. No starches for dinner since the swai is stuffed with the crabmeat. Getting ready to have a glass of wine and unwind. Took a walk during lunch and I'm really hoping my daughter will go for a walk with me tonight!
