I'm going with 164.5. When I got out of the shower I was suddenly 165. I'm blaming the hair gel.

74.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg. Still to go: 8.8 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 3.2 kg a Week
