A good day. Can’t believe this is day 6 😱 definitely more hungry today. I have to keep reminding myself that I am not doing this to be skinny or be a swimsuit model. I am doing this to enjoy more years with my hubby, son and family. Doctors orders. Change something and keep it changed! Soooo. Cheers to almost a week down!
