Oh how I love Sundays. A day of relaxing. Laundry, some light house cleaning. A day to reset before a new week at work. Been doing pretty good with the cravings. I usually do well for the first week. Next week is going to be tougher. And then in a couple weeks… work Christmas party 🫣 Sweets, lots of temptation. My goal is to sample small portions and not feel guilty about it. Fingers crossed it doesn’t turn into a binge day.
