Well, I wasn't only bad today, but real bad. LOL. I never do anything half way. I ate horsiedoovers--dip, crackers, shrimp roll. I ate ham, a perogie, kielbasa, scalloped taters, a roll, tasted some salads (carrot, broccoli, coleslaw)---just enough calories for a month. LOL. I expect a big gain. The good thing--I didn't bring all the food home. I said I was on a diet and I'm going to get back to it tomorrow :)
