Well, it has been almost 3 weeks since I started this diet, which is the longest I have stuck with a diet. The main thing that is different this time is that I am entering everything I eat and posting in my journal. It is also encouraging to see other people going thru the same ups and downs. I gotta keep telling myself to have patience, that this diet is not a quick fix but must be a lifestyle change.
