I love the gym classes because they force me to stay for 1 hour and exercise with others.

Just learn how to use the equipment and go from there. The leg machines have the most adjustments. When you find your correct positions, write them down or take a pic. It will make it easier for the next time.

Hey, so good for you to do this for yourself! I agree with Mari_ana_Cat. See if your gym offers group exercise classes and/or fitness training sessions. Sometimes it helps to have company! I never thought I was a “gym person” til I found the right one.

Nice work. Also remember a lot of people feel like they are beeing watched and judged by others. They are not because everyone only cares about themselves and most likely feel insecure No matter how they look and fitness level. Over the years I have made a lot of friends in the fitness center. Good luck.

Great job! Don’t feel intimidated by the gym. You will feel very sore the first couple weeks, so take it easy, meaning go often but don’t lift so much you get an injury. Enjoy. It is a habit worth developing
