Absolutely. Motivated so my burger and chips meal at work Xmas lunch today was sans chips and bun and any alcohol. Pretty ordinary patty, two tomato slices and a lettuce leaf with diet coke. Expensive at $25 but stayed strong! Well, had 2 chips 😏😀

Hooray 👏 Both for the weight loss and for staying strong with your new resolve to eat well 💪 I found it the hardest thing to leave food on my plate - still do... It's easy when you are at home and control what goes on your plate, not so when you're out and about. If you've had a lifetime of being trained to not be wasteful and a childhood of learning to 'eat everything on your plate', it takes strength to make another choice... but the benefits are so worth the effort 👍
