Hubby and I are going to be watching our diets very closely. He will have hip surgery in feb. He has pt 1x per week with exercises that he does at home. He will be going on the treadmill every day. It will be easier for me to eat healthy instead of planning two meals which I was doing. We need to eat heart healthy and get more vegetables in our diet something that the low carb I was on didn’t have a lot of. Today is the start of a new US.
