Emang bisa kok,kalo lagi proses defisit kalori, umumnya ya akan sering kentut sih kalo di pengalaman gw Ce,jadi sebenarnya bukan kentutnya yg bikin Timbangan turun ya, tapi proses defisit kalori nya yang salah 1 indikatornya ya kentut itu 🤭😁... pendapat serius ya,no jokes😃

berkurang nya kadar air/water retention di perut yg tadinya bloating juga kan kadang jadi sering kentut dan efeknya perut kempesan🤭
