Liver cleanse juice that I saw from tiktok. I haven’t eaten any meal yet for the day but after finishing all this I didn’t feel hungry anymore.

reason why juicing is good but blending is better because you drink all the fiber also which keeps you full a-lot longer than just juice and either helps one lose weight,I usually add 50/50 mixed greens salad to mines so I'll get a-lot of vitamin/minerals fruit and veggies

@mowensnj 1 whole peeled lemon, 1 whole peeled grapefruit (I substituted strawberries instead), 1 garlic clove, a thumb size ginger, 2 tsp ground flaxseed, 2 TBSP olive oil, and a dash of cayenne (optional)
