Since August 18th I have been training for the 10KM and last night on the treadmill I smashed it and ran 10KM for the first time ever ! Such a great feeling!
81.8 kg Lost so far: 12.5 kg.    Still to go: 15.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
