In the 50s today…a relief from the cooler nights for sure…
Slept so good last night…only up once to p…had heat turn sown around 60 or less…according to my whoop….8.02 sleeping time ….lol…2 minutes past my 8 hours…guess my workouts yesterday…helped my sleep…
Well…time to change..get started on next workout before breakfast…
