Haven’t weighed myself in a while, been travelling and then getting back into my routine at home. Wasn’t tracking any food while travelling but still making intuitive healthy choices. Proud with how I’ve done!
53.8 kg Lost so far: 5.2 kg.    Still to go: 1.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
