Today is Day 9 of South Beach for me. I decided not to weigh myself until I get to Day 14. I feel like I do well during the day and mess up at night. Last night while I was making dinner I was hungry so I ate like 4 TBS of peanut butter (reduced fat at least) while I was cooking. I also have not done well trying to exercise. I'm not a morning person and am exhausted when I come home from work.

I'm really scared that when my night school classes start up again in the end of August and I don't get home until 10 PM Monday thru Thursday my eating habits will revert to their old ways. I'm going to have to make sure to have small snack foods with me at all times throughout the day and just graze.

Tonight I'm going straight from work to look at houses with my boyfriend so I won't be eating until late. I brought almonds to tide me over until dinner. I really hope one of these houses is IT because I'm so tired of looking! We've literally been looking since January. Time is running out to get the $8,000 first time homeowner's credit, and next year we won't be eligible, even if they decide to extend it. :(

I wish I had my boyfriend's metabolism. He's a runner, so he's long and lean. He's 6 feet tall; I'm 5'5 and right now he only weighs 11 lbs more than me!!!
