SO I haven't lost weight. I am not surprise,when I am home it is extremely difficult to make right choices,there is way too much sweets,breads,chocolates..... My husband needs them to be there and even if I stick to the 1600 cal/day it is mostly carbs. And could not exercise with the chest infection that is still there and gives me hard time breathing I need to get back on track........but not today as my daughter is taking me to the " house of desserts" Monday will be a perfect day,everybody is back to work
