Spent 3 days in Portugal eating bifana, chips & piri piri chicken with no exercise so I expected to put some weight on, but I guess staying the same weight is ok. Back on the diet ASAP after returning so it shouldn't be bad next week.
100 kg Lost so far: 11 kg.    Still to go: 15 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
