I'm going to do my best to journal my food since I haven't been. Found a great spreadsheet online today that I am going to use and maybe even use the FS one as well. Had a great weekend, but a horrible one for my diet and exercise. I'm feeling really guilty and discouraged over it. Oh well. Back on track today.
