Wow! 5 lbs lost in two days. HA HA! I think its just shocking to my system to switch so quickly from bad food to great food. I'm sure it will slow down. I haven't exercised in a month and I need to get on that! Today the family and I are going to the beach (Lake Nebagamon, WI). We're bringin football and frisbee and it should be pretty active. :) Can't wait! Have a good day y'all! peace.

Hi Magginessless24, You did so much better today. U go girl!!! I'm the one that sent you that email last night. This great man on the Atkins site ask me to start adding foundation veggies 3 serving 3x a day and I have started losing again. :-) I hope yall had a good day at the beach!

I see you like to swim. I think I would be a happy camper if I had a pool in my living room! We have a above ground 27' round pool. I can't use it but around 3 months each year. We are too far North! I love to swim. PPL call me a fish! :-)

Watch that swiss cheese. It is my fav. too. Look at how many carbs is in it. I stopped eating it, I eat hard chedder. Put it in ur food diary and look at how much different it is to swiss. I hope I'm not making u upset with me. I eat Brussles Sprouts for breakfast, along with my protein :-)

I can give u a short list of foundation veggies. Let me know and I will do that for u :-) The first time I did induction I lost 17 pounds the first 2 weeks..

I don't know if I can go without swiss!!! lol The problem with the foundation veggies is the expense. Also, when i get veggies, I tend to forget that I have them and then they go bad in the fridge :( I am trying to vegetize my life. my fave is broccoli, which I do eat a lot of.

PS- I love swimming... I spent about two hours just swimmin around and diving and jumping off the floating dock in the lake. SO FUN!
