Almost at my birthday, I'm annoyed because I thought I was doing well but I still gained weight so I'm thinking I might've been counting my calories wrong. A positive is that recently I've been actually feeling hungry so I'm doing something right, I'll just try to be more careful about my calories counting.
77.5 kg Lost so far: 8.5 kg.    Still to go: 15.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
