152.8 feeding a cold doesn’t do well for keeping the weight off but it seems to be working as I don’t feel any worse then yesterday so I’m taking that for a win. Going to try to be a little better about the snacking on junk today and keeping carbs down outside of my bowl of oatmeal for breakfast.
