Thank you 🤗.. I usually try to stay at a 1000 calories a day but that's possible because I fast until 14:00pm everyday

Thank you 🤗🥰..yes but not more than 20g of carbs per day so obviously no rice,bread, potatoes ,pasta or sugar . Yes I workout at home with grow with jo you can find her on YouTube.

thanks for that and whenever I have water I just take a huge jug, cut up some lemon and cucumber into slices and put into the jug with some water and it literally tastes like mineral water. it's so refreshing 😌
