Wow, Kwandoflex is awesome! Can't believe I didn't know about that class.. Wanna go to Taekwondo classes now! My gym offers memberships.. I used to do karate and kickboxing way back so I have some base to work with.. And since my bfr is always telling me how he is worried about me all the time going places by myself :) I wanna know how to kick ass if I need to!
