152.2 today. a little less then yesterday. I'm feeling exhausted. I haven't been sleeping well. A lot on my mind with my children. Feeling exhausted thinking of the best way to respond to things that are going on with them. Knowing the next 7 days are going to be jammed pack with no breaks is exhausting. There really just isn't time for rest. So I had some oatmeal this morning to provide an extra little boost of energy instead of just a fruit. I know when I have carbs my body holds onto weight like a miser holding onto gold. But I want to try to stay healthy. I just would like a good nights sleep. Going to bed early, on time or late doesn't seemt matter this week.
