feeling extra hungry today 😫 it is soo hard to stay on track with my calories... ( i mean, i do, but it is hard !!! ) i keep trying to think of the end goal ... it feels like i am never going to reach it .... hopefully i can look back at this one day and feel proud of what i have accomplished.... hope you guys had a better day than me

ah shame. don't starve yourself. if you are hungry snack on cucumbers, carrots and apples. the y are low in calories high in fiber and make you feel full quickly. don't peel. eat as they are as it then takes longer to chew on tricking your brain. hope this helps you. It has helped me in difficult times

Some days are just tougher than others! In the beginning the body needs to adapt to less calories. Just make sure that your deficit is not too big, you shouldn't be hungry every day. High protein with each meal will help with satiety. And if you do exceed your calories on some days, don't stress, just balance it out over a week. You've got this!

Some days we just feel hungrier. I was so hungry in the middle of the night - for no reason at all! Kind of understood why people raid the fridge when everyone’s sleeping. Well down on the weight loss!
