Hi all. I need to boost my protein intake, but still keep carbs under 100 per day. Any suggestions?

Try adding a whey protein shake, lean chicken and some boiled eggs to your daily diet.

Eggs, egg whites, whey protein powder, cottage cheese, chicken breasts, nutritional yeast flakes, and even more chicken breasts 😂
But seriously, I would not be able to reach my protein goal without a daily whey protein powder serving and chicken breast.
I sometimes even blend or shred chicken breast and mix it into other things to sneak extra protein in. Also helps me not get sick of just eating straight up chicken breasts.

If I see that I haven't met my protein goals for the day, I drink a serving or two of protein shake. My favourite brand is the "biogen lean whey" one. Would recommend! But the USN ones are also quite good.

Heya. one of the best protein shakes (high protein low carb) is the Evox Lean Pro ONLY 0.9 g carbs per serving 👌
