Well... I'm starting to wonder if this diet is for me or not... Gonna try to give a normal diet a try for a week again and see if I can keep losing weight.

Just be prepared for your weight to go up initially. By being on Atkins you've conditioned your metabolism to be insulin-sensitive so you'll retain a lot of water at first. It should go back down within a few days though...& actually, a week-long break from Atkins might be just what you need to get your metabolism reset. Take a diet vacation. You could go back to Atkins after the week is up & I'll bet you would start seeing regular losses again.

From the looks of your diet calendar you haven't actually done Atkins yet. Not enough veggies, not enough calories, and WAY too much cheese (and probably processed food - I don't know what half of the things you entered are, so I can't tell). You also aren't getting in the 20 NC a day. No diet will work for you if you don't do it correctly.

Well, most of the stuff I ate were not processed. And I thought we were allowed 4 oz of cheese per day, I don't think I've ever surpassed that.
I also ate enough calories for me...
And veggies I just didn't eat much at a friends house because I can't demand veggies there. So I had what I could.
I still lost 4.7 kg in during the week I did Atkins. And I didn't put on weight on the 2 days I'm eating some more carbs. It is still a win for me!
