Haven't been really active on here. Didn't track for a bit and gained some weight back, but got rid of it all again and an extra pound.
Doctor suggested to stay at maintenance once I am between 170 and 175, so this is my goal to reach before the end of the year 😊
81.1 kg Lost so far: 27.8 kg.    Still to go: 8.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
