I have been periodically writing my measurements down on note paper, today I am going to begin tracking them here along with my weigh-ins, hopefully this will keep me from getting frustrated when I don't see the scale move downward as expected.

Hi Karen, I have struggled a little bit with my dedication this week because of my schedule and lack of sleep, but having wonderful motivators here on fs is the bomb!

Great job! I know what you mean about those numbers on the scale, but when your clothes start getting loose... it's a sure sign! :)

Auntie Jan... thank YOU. I was just about ready to give in to all sorts of wickedness earlier today, so before I did I logged into here... There was an AuntieJan tip of three very important words."DON'T GIVE UP" Hit me right in the gut and gave me strength. Thanks.

Thank you Christy! When you've been working your butt off and eating well and the numbers don't agree it can be oh so irritating, so measuring is a valuable tool that needs to be uaed.

Jill you have no idea how good it felt to check my journal tonight and read what you said. You know, adding in a tip during a weigh-in is sometimes an afterthought, but it just goes to show you that one never knows how big of an impact a few little words can have. I can only think of one thing to say back to you: AWESOME!!!!!

Auntie Butterfly, you are downsizing your bustling butterfly body in a very big way! Guess what? Muscles weigh more than fat! You have worked so hard, something had to change. I am so proud of you and your determination to continue flitting away those inches. I foresee you purchasing even smaller butterfly knickers soon! Lots of hugs for you!

Thank you Pammie, the mind often knows the bottom line but then the old downtrodden me tries to creep in and steal away my determination. But I come here and instantly know I will keep on keepin' on. It's all good. Big hugs back.
