week 17
hey guys how has everyone's week been? my week just flew by, days went by like hours and hours went by like minutes. I tried my best to eat most of my cals but I couldn't find the time. I just ate what I could in the time that I had. the rest of it i made protein shakes just to fill up cals and give my body some kind of nutrients (when I remembered) also it's lady time so I actually wasn't expecting to lose anything but il take the 0.5kgs better than a gain. also what is it in white bread that makes me retain water and gain weight? I noticed it only happens when I eat white bread/rolls I don't think it's the flour coz I've made roti and pancakes and stil lost but with the bread the scale goes up the next day or 2. I've changed to Albany ultima it's 70 cals per slice. but nothing beats white bread 😁
