First entry here. I’m a 61 year old retired woman living in Pretoria. For the past 2 months I have be in UK due to family illness and will only return home to SA on 5 November. Although I’m normally a 5 day a week gym person, I have barely exercised due to a knee injury and the food is generally incredibly unhealthy. I now want to lose the weight plus get back into my strength and cardio training at Virgin Active
