So after a long while I decided at the beginning of this week to get back on this. I found myself constantly eating, not even when I was hungry. I would just be bored and eat while I was sitting around. Now that class is back in session I am hoping to keep myself occupied enough that I won't want to just sit around and eat. I mean I will want to but I won't. It is really hard for me to stick to something it seems like. I always lose a couple pounds and then the eating right goes out the door. As I say everytime I start over, I hope this time is different.
Last week when I went to Cheeseburger In Paradise I noticed that all of their burgers can be ordered as Turkey burgers or Veggie burgers which makes me really happy. I love cheeseburgers and I know that they aren't the best for you.
I go to Vegas again in less than a month and I just ordered a 2nd bathing suit, a 2 piece. I'm sure I can wear it now but I'd like to look better before then.
