Hey Everyone, tired of not losing weight, been intermittently fasting but then NOT tracking what i eat during my eating window & not losing any weight, surprise surprise!!!! 🙄 Anyways on here to track 👣 my food in the hope i start to see a shift. Lots of water 💧 & sporadic exercise in between, work & kiddies. How have you found this app? Seems great so far!!
