I hit my original goal of 190 last week. Spent the weekend eating at a maintenance level. Now I've set a new goal of 180. It's summer time which means camping and camp food! I'm guessing that the next 10 is going to be a bit slower since I've got some new cast iron cookware to cook over the campfire with.
