Down another 1kg, felling ok. Only 18kg too go.
I need to sleep more and increase the fluid intake as I believe both have a significant impact on my weight loss. The body and mind recovers better with correct rest and the (a)systems get flushed of toxins plus (b) I eat less if I drink a glass of water 10-15 minutes before a meal or snack.
Putting on the pounds is not hard, trying to shake the pounds off is really challenging to say the least.
