Well today was another successful day for me. I went for a 2 mile walk yesterday and today I walked 3. I am going to go for a 4 mile walk on Tuesday. I am trying to increase my mileage as I go day to day. I will however get up and walk with a cd tomorrow. I have a hard time doing these things on late work days. One day at a time through Christ who STRENGTHENS me.
