It's been almost a week and my weight has been the same (58kg) Honestly I felt a little defeated because I wanted my weight to go down and it wouldn't even though i tried cutting down my sodium, sugar, and carbs intake. Anyways now that I think of it, I should not be aiming for a weight that id considered underweight (50kg) and be happy about my weight instead. I say this because I am 169cm and this weight is a normal weight and I do not need to lose more. Maybe im overthinking but I really want to lose somemore weight and achieve 50kg but I know this weight is not a healthy one.
