Another day another dollar as my mother would say. I am holding steady and just trying to enjoy each day at a time. Got a Dr appointment today so it will be a short work day. I have been noticing when I walk I have more spring in my step and move faster. I am enjoying this very much. I know I need to exercise but just cannot commit yet. I do not know what is holding me back. Guess I need therapy. tee hee. Time for me to get dressed for work. Talk to you later.

Exercise therapy???? Maybe we could have the dogs chase you!! Tee hee!!! You'll figure out the exercise eventually. I wouldn't stress about it ... you are doing just fine. Besides, if they do the colonoscopy ... you'll lose 20 lbs. Right!! LOL!!!
